Share market is the most dynamic money making field and as we all know it, it can change the destiny of people involved.
For most companies it is the best time to come out with an IPO and why not..... everything is on the move => I dont think any person in his life would have ever seen such a period, Silver & Gold rates soaring up everyday, real estate business is on all time high and so is share market as mentioned.
But at the same time when companies are going public it should at least keep in mind little basic thing. I am driving a point for a company called MOIL who has opened its IPO and surprisingly the period of opening and closing is little weird. Opened i guess was on 29th of Nov'10 and closing on 1st of Dec'10.
Now this is the period where most of the people are strapped for funds, as it is the end of month and salary unlike international companies doesn't come on 1st of every month. It is tentatively during second week of the month. Few lucky ones receive it on 1st of the month. So how would a common man/retail investor able to apply and book some profit if this is how companies are going to open their IPO. I wish some basic thought is applied by such biggies before coming out with their respective IPO. (Whether it is already oversubscribed or not, that is not the question here)
